Facade’s Apex C-276

A nickel-molybdenum-chromium alloy with tungsten designed for near-universal corrosion resistance in the most aggressive industrial settings. Its high nickel and molybdenum content makes it highly resistant to pitting and crevice corrosion in reducing environments, while chromium provides resistance to oxidizing media. Widely utilized in chemical processing and pollution control.

Facade’s Apex 625

A nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy with an addition of Niobium. This combination stiffens the alloy’s matrix, providing exceptional strength without the need for strengthening heat treatment, alongside outstanding resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion. Used heavily in aerospace, marine engineering, and cheical processing.

Facade’s Apex 600

A core nickel-chromium alloy known for its resistance to chloride-ion stress-corrosion cracking, corrosion by high-purity water, and strong oxidation resistance at elevated temperatures. Commonly used in furnace components, nuclear engineering, and food processing applications.

Facade’s Apex 825

A nickel-iron-chromium alloy fortified with molybdenum and copper, offering excellent resistance to both oxidizing and reducing acids, as well as pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress-corrosion cracking. Facade’s Apex 800H/HT

Nickel-iron-chromium alloys that achieve significantly higher creep-rupture strength than their base alloy due to strict control over aluminum, titanium, and carbon content, combined with a specific high-temperature annealing process. Used in industrial furnaces, super-heater and re-heater tubing for power plants, and chemical processing.

Facade’s Apex 400

A nickel-copper alloy with excellent high strength and superior corrosion resistance across a range of media, including hydrofluoric acid, sulfuric acid, alkalies, and sea water. Used extensively for marine engineering, valves, pumps, and chemical processing equipment.

Facade’s Pure Nickel (Grades 200/201)

Commercially pure (99.6%) wrought nickel offering good mechanical properties and resistance to various corrosive media. Grade 201 has a reduced carbon content to prevent high-temperature embrittlement, making it highly suitable for components that require cold forming.
