Manufacturing, Engineering & Production Capabilities

A Cross-Industry Manufacturing Platform for Custom Parts, Prototypes & Production

Façade Creations is a digitally enabled manufacturing partner providing end-to-end custom manufacturing services across multiple industries, from early-stage prototypes to full-scale production programmes.

We help companies transform digital designs into physical components by combining advanced manufacturing technologies, structured engineering review, and a tightly governed production network. Our role is not limited to a single sector or application – we are built to support any custom part, using the most appropriate manufacturing process, material, and supply route.

Our platform is designed for organisations that value speed, control, quality, and scalability without the complexity of managing multiple suppliers.

What We Manufacture

We manufacture custom components and assemblies for a wide range of applications, including but not limited to:

  • Mechanical and structural components
  • Enclosures, housings, and panels
  • Precision-engineered parts
  • Functional prototypes
  • Low- and medium-volume custom parts
  • Serial production components

Projects range from single bespoke parts to repeat manufacturing programmes supplying hundreds or thousands of components over time.

How Our Manufacturing Platform Works

Manufacturing is managed through a structured, repeatable workflow designed to reduce risk, shorten lead times, and ensure consistent quality.

End-to-End Workflow

Design Intake
Clients submit 3D CAD models and technical drawings. Common formats include solid models and 2D manufacturing drawings with defined tolerances and material specifications.

Manufacturability Review
Each design is reviewed for:

  • Process suitability
  • Material selection
  • Tolerance feasibility
  • Cost and lead-time optimisation

Potential issues are identified early, before production begins

Process & Supplier Selection
The most appropriate manufacturing process and production route are selected based on part geometry, quantity, material, and performance requirements.

Quoting & Lead-Time Confirmation
Pricing and delivery timelines are confirmed transparently, with options for prototype, low-volume, or production pricing where applicable.

Prototype or Pilot Production
Where required, prototype or pilot runs are completed to validate design, fit, and performance.

Production
Manufacturing is carried out under controlled conditions, with defined quality checkpoints and process monitoring.

Post-Processing & Finishing
Parts undergo required secondary operations, surface treatments, and finishing processes.

Inspection & Quality Verification
Final inspection and documentation ensure parts meet specified requirements.

Packaging & Delivery
Components are packaged appropriately and delivered with full documentation.

Additive Manufacturing (3D Printing)

Additive manufacturing enables rapid development, complex geometry, and low-volume production without tooling.

Typical Applications

  • Functional and visual prototypes
  • Design verification models
  • Jigs, fixtures, and production aids
  • Lightweight or topology-optimised components
  • Custom housings and enclosures

Additive manufacturing is often used alongside traditional processes to accelerate development and reduce overall production cost.

Forming, Moulding & Casting

Tooling-based processes enable efficient production for medium- and high-volume requirements

Supported Processes

  • Injection moulding
  • Insert and overmoulding
  • Die casting
  • Compression moulding
  • Thermoforming
  • Vacuum casting for low-volume production

Typical Applications

  • Automotive interior and exterior parts
  • Industrial covers and guards
  • Electrical and technical enclosures
  • Infrastructure and construction components

Tooling strategy is aligned with expected production volume and lifecycle requirements.

Materials & Engineering Support

Material selection is driven by application performance, not availability alone.

Material Categories

  • Structural metals
  • Corrosion-resistant alloys
  • Engineering plastics
  • High-temperature polymers
  • Elastomers and flexible materials

We support material alternatives to improve cost efficiency, durability, and supply availability.

Secondary Operations & Surface Finishing

Post-processing is integrated into the manufacturing workflow to ensure functional and aesthetic requirements are met.

Finishing Options

  • Surface smoothing and texturing
  • Protective and decorative coatings
  • Corrosion protection treatments
  • Anodising and conversion coatings
  • Polishing, blasting, and marking

Surface treatments are selected based on environmental exposure, wear resistance, and visual expectations.

Quality Control, Inspection & Documentation

Quality is managed as a continuous process, not a final checkpoint.

Quality Activities

  • Dimensional inspection
  • First-article verification
  • In-process checks
  • Final inspection and functional testing
  • Non-destructive testing where required

Documentation

  • Material traceability
  • Inspection and measurement reports
  • Batch and lot tracking
  • Compliance and production records

This ensures consistency across prototypes, repeat orders, and production programmes.

Logistics, Packaging & Supply Chain Management

We manage logistics as part of the manufacturing solution.

Logistics Capabilities

  • Application-specific protective packaging
  • Custom inserts and kitting
  • Sequenced and phased deliveries
  • Domestic and international shipping
  • Export and customs documentation

This ensures components arrive ready for use, assembly, or installation.
