At Façade Creations, we engineer our fire-rated glazed screens to the highest standards of safety and design. Suitable for internal and external use across commercial, residential, and multi-occupancy buildings, these systems allow natural light to flow deep into a space while ensuring total compliance with all UK Building Regulations. We offer fire ratings from a 30-minute integrity-only barrier to an industry-leading 120-minute integrity and insulation performance.
Our nationwide installation service is handled by certified professionals. For international projects, we offer on-site support by training client-side installers, ensuring consistent quality worldwide. Every system installed by Façade Creations is independently certified, giving you peace of mind that it complies with all CDM regulations and fire safety standards.
Doors & Screens
Our fire-rated doors and screens combine architectural elegance with technical precision. Key features include:
- Slimline profiles with ultra-slim astragals, mullions, and transoms.
- A variety of hardware options, including pull handles, lever/latch mechanisms, and remote locking systems.
- Fixed screens in either mullioned or butt-jointed configurations, rated up to EI120.
- Systems that can span multiple floors or integrate seamlessly into curtain wall assemblies.
We also offer specialty glazing options, such as fire-rated sloped roof glazing and fire-rated automatic sliding doors with or without breakout functionality.
Timber Fire-Rated Door leafs
Façade Creations offers a unique capability that combines the warmth of timber with certified fire protection. Our timber fire-rated door leafs are elegantly integrated into glazed steel screens and are available in either opaque paint finishes or decorative wood veneers. Each door leaf is certified to EI30 with full EN1634-1 approval, a truly unique offering.

Steel & Hybrid Systems
Our steel and hybrid systems are a perfect blend of high performance and elegant design. Our non-fire-rated steel curtain walls can achieve clear, unsupported spans exceeding 9 meters and come with either capped or structural silicone bonded glazing options, making them ideal for dramatic, double-height entrance lobbies and atriums.
The Deco System, inspired by historic W20 profiles, maintains its original face width and glazing detail while incorporating modern thermal breaks and triple glazing. We’re also developing a version for fire ratings up to EW120.
Unitized Curtain wall Systems
Façade Creations is a leading UK fabricator of unitized curtain wall systems, with over two decades of experience delivering high-performance façades for complex architectural projects. Our systems are assembled in a controlled factory environment, reducing on-site work and enhancing quality.
We use proprietary lay-flat stillage’s to streamline logistics and on-site handling. This allows panels to remain protected until they are craned directly into position, eliminating the need for intermediate handling. The stillage’s are stackable up to 10-high and can be moved on-site with standard pump-trucks, making the entire process faster and more efficient.

Maintenance & Comprehensive Support
Fire Door & Fire screen Maintenance
Under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, building owners and managers are legally responsible for maintaining fire safety systems. Façade Creations provides a complete solution to this obligation with comprehensive inspection and maintenance services performed by FIRAS-certified technicians. We recommend routine inspections every 6 months (or every 3 months in high-traffic zones) to ensure continued compliance and safety.
Timber Fire-Resisting Doors & Screens
Façade Creations offers the UK’s most comprehensive range of timber fire-resisting systems. These solutions combine natural aesthetics with certified fire protection for both new-build and refurbishment projects. Our unique capability includes EI120 systems in non-metallic framing and even softwood options for cost-sensitive applications, all backed by independent fire test evidence.
Aluminum System Fabrication
Our in-house fabrication facility is equipped to produce both standard and bespoke aluminum glazing systems. With advanced CNC machining and a skilled workforce, we ensure precision, speed, and quality. Our dedicated supply chain management team works to prevent production delays.
