Forged Stainless Steel

At Façade Creations, we supply forged stainless steel weighing up to 56 tons, engineered to meet the most demanding structural and industrial applications. Using the ingot casting process, our stainless steel is open-die forged to precise dimensions and heat-treated to achieve the required material properties – whether standard or custom specifications. With the ability to produce dimensions from 300 mm to 1,400 mm in thickness or diameter, we offer complete flexibility for heavy-duty projects.

Seamless Rolled Rings

Our seamless rolled rings, flanges, and wheel tires are manufactured to world-class standards, positioning us among the global leaders in precision ring blank production. Using raw ingot or billet material, we shape the blanks with piercing and upsetting presses, then roll them to diameters up to 4,000 mm on radial-axial rolling mills. Each ring undergoes heat treatment and precision machining to meet exact customer requirements – ensuring strength, accuracy, and durability.

Closed-Die Forgings

With over 200 years of forging expertise, we deliver closed-die forgings ranging from small precision parts to large-scale components. Our dimensional range extends from 5 kg to 3.5 tons and lengths from a few centimeters up to 4 meters. From forged blanks to ready-to-install components, our products serve industries including energy, rail, mining, oil & gas, food production, and specialized applications.

We forge using advanced hammers (160–630 kNm) and presses (31.5–45 MN), achieving exceptional accuracy and value. With in-house die production, extensive heat treatment, machining (turning, milling, drilling), and even paint finishing, we provide complete solutions under one roof. Quality control is guaranteed with our laboratory facilities and engineering expertise.

Open-Die Forgings

Our open-die forgings are produced using high-purity ingot steel, known for its homogeneous microstructure, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance. Using 27-MN and 60-MN forging presses, we transform steel through upsetting, stretching, and reheating processes to achieve complex contours and demanding geometries. Each forging undergoes finishing options such as heat treatment and mechanical processing, ensuring superior performance.

Retaining Rings

For over a century, Façade Creations has been a global leader in retaining (cap) rings for turbo generators. Our proven expertise, combined with continuous innovation, makes us the trusted supplier in this highly specialized field.

Production begins with ESR-remelted steel, ensuring purity and reliability. Each ring is then forged, pre-turned, heat-treated, cold-expanded, stress-relieved, finished, and thoroughly tested in-house. This comprehensive process guarantees rings that meet the most demanding operational requirements.
