Introducing Façade Creations:
Steel-Frame Systems for Offsite Construction
Façade Creations has developed and launched its panelized steel-frame system for the UK’s building sector. This new solution is designed to help contractors and house builders deliver multi-storey, multi-occupancy residential and commercial projects. Façade Creations can provide a full, steel-frame building structure of up to 12 stories high, delivering greater efficiency and reducing the need for extensive on-site construction.
Our Advanced Steel Frame System
Our offering provides a complete load-bearing structure in light-gauge steel, which has an NHBC Stage 1 certification from the Steel in Construction Institute (SCI). The steel frame is available with either LGSF cassette mid-floors and roofs or composite concrete floors and roofs. Following comprehensive fire resistance and acoustics testing, our systems provide 120 minutes of fire performance.
This new panelized system is highly versatile and can be adapted to suit any standard or complex project. Whether you’re working on a hotel, apartments, student accommodation, or low-rise housing, Façade Creations ensures simplicity and safety while increasing the speed of construction by up to 50% compared to traditional methods.
Our Commitment to Excellence
Each panel is manufactured and assembled at our state-of-the-art Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) facility in the North-West of England. Our solutions at Façade Creations, was developed based on four key market requirements:
- Performance: The system must perform well and be tested, manufactured, and assembled in a controlled factory setting.
- Accuracy: We provide accurate information on exact tolerances.
- Speed: The system must be quick to erect and integral to speeding up the overall construction program.
- Cost: Costs must be accurate and clear.
We work closely with our customers from the earliest stages of a project, supporting concept ideation, detailed system design, installation, and ongoing collaboration with other trades.
