CNC Components

At Façade Creations, we transform premium-grade steel into CNC-machined components that meet the most complex design requirements. Using high-performance CNC systems – including double and single-spindle machines with advanced 9-axis control – we manufacture intricate geometries and precision parts with absolute accuracy. From prototypes to ready-to-install components, our CNC solutions ensure consistency, durability, and flawless surface finishes, with optional high-quality coatings to enhance performance.

Piston Rods

We produce piston rods in-house, delivering a complete solution from raw material to fully finished, ready-to-install components. Manufactured with the tightest tolerances, each rod undergoes peeling, testing, grinding, and polishing before final finishing. After strip polishing, rods are electroplated (chrome plating) or coated with advanced surface treatments such as nitriding or additional electroplated finishes. The result is a high-performance piston rod with exceptional precision, strength, and longevity.

Mandrel Bars

As a recognised leader in mandrel bar production, we supply critical tools for the seamless tube manufacturing industry. Our mandrel bars are rolled or forged, tempered, and precisely peeled to achieve exact dimensions.

Finishing is carried out on CNC lathes, with additional scaling or chrome plating for enhanced performance. With close customer collaboration, we provide both customized designs and complete solutions, including primary material and finishing support.

Steering Components

We support OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and steering manufacturers worldwide with high-precision steering racks and components. Whether prototypes, blanks, semi-finished products, or ready-to-install racks (variable or constant toothing), we deliver solutions tailored to the automotive sector.

Our portfolio includes gear racks produced with patented semi-hot forging (Bishop technology), as well as advanced gear grinding, high-precision spindle finishing, and ball screw machining – ensuring the highest standards of safety and reliability.

Crankshafts

With decades of experience, Façade Creations specializes in large crankshafts and eccentric shafts for shipbuilding, stationary engines, pumps, and compressors. From steel melting to forging and machining, we control every stage of production, ensuring robust performance and dimensional accuracy.

Our high-capacity machining centers handle components up to 50 tons raw weight and 13 meters finished length, delivering world-class results. We also provide after-sales services including inspection, damage assessment, and repairs, extending the lifespan of critical components.

Contract Manufacturing

Beyond our own product portfolio, we offer contract manufacturing services built on decades of expertise and advanced machining capabilities. From CNC machining (milling, turning, turning-milling) to drilling, grinding, and finishing, we deliver tailored solutions for customer-supplied raw parts or semi-finished materials.

Our services extend to surface treatments, from corrosion protection to aesthetic refinements, ensuring components are both durable and visually flawless.
