Piston Rods

We produce piston rods in-house, delivering a complete solution from raw material to fully finished, ready-to-install components. Manufactured with the tightest tolerances, each rod undergoes peeling, testing, grinding, and polishing before final finishing. After strip polishing, rods are electroplated (chrome plating) or coated with advanced surface treatments such as nitriding or additional electroplated finishes. The result is a high-performance piston rod with exceptional precision, strength, and longevity.

Mandrel Bars

As a recognised leader in mandrel bar production, we supply critical tools for the seamless tube manufacturing industry. Our mandrel bars are rolled or forged, tempered, and precisely peeled to achieve exact dimensions.

Finishing is carried out on CNC lathes, with additional scaling or chrome plating for enhanced performance. With close customer collaboration, we provide both customized designs and complete solutions, including primary material and finishing support.

Steering Components

Crankshafts

With decades of experience, Façade Creations specializes in large crankshafts and eccentric shafts for shipbuilding, stationary engines, pumps, and compressors. From steel melting to forging and machining, we control every stage of production, ensuring robust performance and dimensional accuracy.

Our high-capacity machining centers handle components up to 50 tons raw weight and 13 meters finished length, delivering world-class results. We also provide after-sales services including inspection, damage assessment, and repairs, extending the lifespan of critical components.
