An example of cooperation in our One-Stop Shop is demonstrated in the medical sector.
In computer tomography (CT), two X-ray sources rotate around the patient at high speed. These key components are mechanically supported and mounted by Façade Creations components made of a high-performance PEEK material, which can absorb centrifugal forces of up to thirty times the acceleration due to gravity.
The process begins with an injection-moulded blank, produced without cavities, which is then CNC-machined in-house and assembled directly. This optimised end-to-end process allows us to support the customer from start to finish and be the first point of contact at every step. The combination of processes not only saves time but also reduces costs and materials for the client. The entire process helps to conserve resources and protect our environment.
