Performance Standards & Classifications

Façade Creations fire-rated windows are available in classifications from EI30 to EI120, offering between 30 to 120 minutes of certified fire resistance. All units undergo third-party testing and certification to meet UK Building Regulations Part B and relevant EN standards. In addition to fire resistance, our systems offer enhanced smoke control, thermal insulation, and acoustic performance – allowing them to function as all-in-one safety and comfort solutions.

System Design & Configuration

Our windows can be tailored to fixed, side-hung, top-hung, or tilt-turn configurations, with internal or external beading options. We offer frames in thermally broken aluminum or mild steel, with slim sightlines to maintain daylight performance without compromising on strength or integrity. All ironmongery, gaskets, and seals are fire-rated and sourced from reputable UK and EU suppliers.

Glazing Composition

Fire-rated glass units are built using multi-layered constructions comprising toughened or laminated interlayers, gel-filled or intumescent solutions that remain clear under normal conditions, yet provide robust resistance in the event of fire.
