It also provides good chemical resistance along with high strength, stiffness, and wear performance. PET is well-suited for demanding environments where accuracy and reliability are critical, although it is not recommended for continuous use in hot water conditions above 60°C.

2: PET CMP (Semiconductor Grade) – Natural
Façade Creations offers PET CMP as a specialized polyester grade designed to meet the strict requirements of the semiconductor industry. It is manufactured with controlled impurity levels and low ionic contamination, ensuring high material purity for sensitive and high-precision applications.
The material also provides excellent dimensional stability, along with good sliding and wear properties. Combined with high strength, stiffness, and chemical resistance, it is well-suited for precision components used in controlled environments, although it is not recommended for continuous exposure to hot water above 60°C.

3: PET (Enhanced Toughness & Machinability) – Natural
Façade Creations offers this PET grade specially formulated to provide improved toughness and enhanced machinability. It delivers excellent sliding and wear performance with a low coefficient of friction, making it suitable for precision components operating under continuous movement or contact.
The material also offers strong chemical resistance, non-staining characteristics, and a uniform structure without centerline porosity. These properties make it particularly suitable for applications involving cleaning agents, solvents, or direct food contact, while maintaining high strength, electrical insulation, and reliable performance.

4: PET – Black
Façade Creations offers this black PET grade as a pigmented version of standard polyester, designed to provide improved machinability along with reliable mechanical performance. It maintains excellent strength, toughness, and wear resistance, making it suitable for precision components and general engineering applications.

5: PET (PTFE Modified) – Grey
